Join sara rose for a evening of celebrating the magic of summertime with a juicy yoga practice in the park followed by a sunset kayaking journey on the beautiful susquehanna river and surrounding tributaries.  

Our evening begins with a shuttle bus from susquehanna outfitters over to ridley park in camp hill where we will unload boats and set up for a 45min yoga practice at the park. We'll then hop onto the conodoquinet creek with our kayaks and enjoy a lovely float downstream to take in sunset time on the water.

This year, sara rose will be playing around with bringing our yogic mind out onto the water. We will spend parts of our journey exploring our breath and attention to the present with mindfulness, silence, and sound.

(cost includes transport, yoga class, water guide, kayak rental & all necessary equipment)

A few notes & common questions :: 

*can I come if I have my own boat? yes, however we only have a certain number of personal boats we can carry in addition to rentals, cost is $30 for yoga & transport. 

*yoga class may be in direct sunlight, please protect yourself accordingly! 

*yoga practice will be appropriate for all-levels, 2-5 classes under your belt a plus! 

*you must have experience on a kayak to attend
